2. Lawful and Authorized Content
You must have the rights and permissions required for every image, video, logo, character, voice, or other asset you upload. Do not use skipplyx to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other legal rights.
3. Harmful and Deceptive Use
Do not generate or distribute content intended to facilitate violence, abuse, fraud, harassment, exploitation, impersonation, or illegal activity. Clearly disclose synthetic media where context requires transparency.
4. Real People and Sensitive Content
Do not create misleading or harmful depictions of real people. Extra care is required for public figures, minors, private individuals, medical contexts, financial claims, and political content.
5. Model-Specific Rules
Available models may apply their own safety filters and usage restrictions. A request can be rejected by a model even when it is submitted through skipplyx.
6. User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing generated images and videos before publishing or using them commercially. AI outputs can contain errors, artifacts, or unintended similarities.
7. Enforcement
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when activity violates this policy, applicable law, model-provider requirements, or the rights and safety of others.
